These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thegrowthlabhq.com (the "Site") and any related content and communications provided by The Growth Lab LLC ("The Growth Lab," "we," "us," or "our"). Our Services

The Growth Lab provides done-for-you outbound lead generation services for business clients, along with an informational website and the ability to book a call with us. We may change, add, or remove features of the Site at any time.

Engagements Are Governed by a Separate Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Any services we provide to a client are governed by a separate written service agreement between The Growth Lab and that client. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship or a binding offer of services, and any performance targets or guarantees apply only as expressly stated in a signed service agreement.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Communications

If you contact us or opt in, you consent to receive communications from us by email or text. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link provided or by replying STOP to texts. You may still receive non-marketing messages related to an active engagement.

No Guarantee of Results

Outbound and lead generation results depend on many factors, including your market, offer, ICP, pricing, and your team's ability to follow up and close. Except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement, we do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, or outcomes from the Site or from general information we provide.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including its content, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by The Growth Lab or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view the Site for your own informational and business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your Submissions

If you send us information, ideas, or materials, for example through a form or email, you grant us permission to use them for the purpose of responding to you and providing our services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. You and The Growth Lab agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Louisiana for any matters not subject to arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when we post the updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
